AXN Asia just sent us this official statement on the leakage of Pinoy dance group El Gamma Penumbra winning the grand finals of Asia’s Got Talent:
We trusted that our audience would respect our request for no spoilers on social media prior to the official telecast on AXN. Unfortunately, certain members of the audience could not contain their excitement.
Despite the unfortunate early reveal, that did not ruin a wonderful conclusion to “Asia’s Got Talent”, as the biggest talent competition in the world gave us our first ever winner at the end of a great results show.
Nothing can take away our celebration of such talented individuals and teams giving all that they have to become the very best of Asia. We congratulate El Gamma Penumbra for being a deserving winner for their incredible efforts and amazing talent.
We thank everyone who has contributed to make “Asia’s Got Talent” such a great success, as well as every viewer who has joined AXN on this thrilling journey.
