The FEU Theater Guild (FTG), one of the most active university-based theater organization in the country, closes its 83rd theater season with a major production that is far different from the usual production that has been staged in the past.

For this theater season, the President’s Committee on Culture and FTG will showcase yet another original play entitled “FEED” written and directed by Dudz, FTG’s artistic director and senior PETA (Philippines Educational Theater Association) artist and teacher, known for his original plays such as Confessions, Usapang X, Sampung Minuto Kada Buwan, and staging of plays such as Dominique La Victoria’s “Ang Bata sa
Drum”, Risa Jopson’s “Makikitawag lang ako”, and Allan Lopez’s “Anatomiya ng Pagibig”.

FEED is a dance, physical and experimental theater, using the beauty of poetry and spoken words to explore the world of Philippine social media. Some of the poems includes classics by Philippine National Artist Nick Joaquin. The play tackles how the public handles the political, socioeconomic issues of the country.

It showcases interactions among millennials and how they logically and intellectually function in this digitally influenced world.

FTG’s “FEED” will run from April 19 to 21, April 26 to 29 and May 3 to 5, 2018, 6:30pm in the PCC Center Studio, Ground Floor of the Technology Building, FEU Manila.

Tickets prices are 100php for FEU students, Alumni and staff with valid ID, and 150php for guests.

Due to the intimacy of the staging for this production, there will be limited seats offered.
