LMT2Who would have thought???

Coleen Garcia, Dawn Zulueta and Papa P aka  Piolo Pascual all together in one romantic-comedy-drama movie? Yes, the stars have immensely aligned in favor of Star Cinema’s upcoming film showing this week, “Love Me Tomorrow” directed by breakthrough mainstream director Gino M. Santos.

For his part, Piolo portrays JC, a handsome carefree club DJ.
“I read the whole script, ang ganda.pioloLMT“I’m just so happy at sana mabigyan namin ng justice ‘yung material.”He also found it fun portraying a club DJ in the movie which he was excited and hoped to do.

ColeenLMTMs. Dawn gets an opportunity to play a widowed fashion designer, as Christy  involved in a love triangle.

“I really consider myself  lucky. At my age of 47, I was given this kind of particular project to do naman something different kasi, siyempre, ang madalas na ginagawa ko ay melodrama. Ito maiiba naman ng kaunti.”
And of course, she is also excited about the fact to be working for the first time with Papa Piolo.
“You know one thing about Piolo, it’s his melting stare! Nakakaloka!”

As for Piolo on Ms. Dawn, “Iba rin ang vibe na nilalagay ni Ms. Dawn every time she comes to the set, puro take one.”

Piolo also recalls on obtaining the role. “When I was given the role of a DJ, I didn’t think twice—I got me a mix console, the equipment I need so I could study it.”

Coleen Garcia’s role as a young socialite Janine  in the love triangle in the story was also unexpected in her opinion .
“All the while I thought I would play the anak or a kapatid in this movie, but never a third wheel! I also had a lot of fun doing this and it being my third film with Direk Gino.”

“Direk Gino Santos, he’s only 26 years old so iba ‘yong vibe niya sa set. Talagang rock and roll, he’s brilliant. I’m excited to watch the film kasi iba ‘yong expression.”

Dawn almost says the same thing about director Gino.

“Gino Santos is such a young director. He’s old enough to be my son! I’m already having “sepanx” (separation anxiety). Nag enjoy ako sa mga activities we shared together. I’m having so much fun because I’m learning a lot from him. I felt he and Piolo are my posse!”

“Love Me Tomorrow”  is written and based on a story by Jeff Stelton together with G3 San Diego who considers herself as an “older millenial”. Very relatable to the “Tita’s of Manila” in the film portrayed by Carmi Martin, Marnie Lapus and Ana Abad Santos. RK Bagatsing and Maxene Magalona also star in this exciting project.

Catch the good vibes film from Star Cinema this May 25 in cinemas nationwide. Rated PG and graded B by the MTRCB. Save the date and please don’t forget to watch!
