Welcome Papa P to Mober Philippines

Have you ever tried the transport services of #Mober lately?

Little to my knowledge that this Filipino-owned company has been around and has been moving a lot of stuff for at least two years with the idea coming from overseas.

And just recently they’ve welcomed to their growing family a very popular celebrity and sought-after endorser…

Welcome Papa P aka Piolo Pascual to the Mober Philippines family and group!

With him around, of course, everyone in the audience mostly media associates and folks from Mober shrieked and felt starstrucked!

“And based on our research, there are 15,000 L-300 vans alone in Metro Manila early this year,” Mober Technology Founder and CEO Dennis Ng told reporters on the sidelines of the company’s recent news briefing and launching of Piolo Pascual as brand ambassador.

Event host, Ms. Sam Oh was in an envying position since she shared the stage with Papa P.

Super like this personal snap of mine with my good friend, Papa P as if gesturing like "Superman To the Rescue" move and flashing the Mober logo.

According to Piolo, he has had unpleasant memories with moving around personal things of his.

"Yes I have lost some very important and priceless items in my process of moving homes. I've lost some hard drives that contained most of my showbiz documentation through the years. I've also lost awards trophies. The experience was really bad and it happens when you put your trust on some people."  shares Piolo.

On their  first year of operation , Mober Technology saw a strong demand, with a growth of 65%, or around 15,000 bookings every month.

The company’s monthly bookings are still expanding by 30% this 2017.

“And based on our research, there are 15,000 L-300 vans alone in Metro Manila early this year,” Mober Technology Founder and CEO Dennis Ng told reporters launching on this press conference of Piolo Pascual as brand ambassador at the Metropolitan Club, Makati.

Mober Phils. took the time to award some deserving #Mober drivers who worked a lot and moved a lot of deliveries to satisfied customers.

Investment-wise, the $2-million of the P100-million, private equity was received from an undisclosed Filipino investor.

“We will use that money to strengthen the brand and to make sure that we are the top of mind of the people.”

Mober is not only a round-the-clock delivery-service company for SMEs but also for established entities, such as SM Appliances, SM Stores, Our Home and Robinsons Appliances, among others. What’s more, it provides transport solutions for individuals or families.

Here Papa P with COO Eric Ortiz who jokingly told us media peeps that Piolo is just slightly more good-looking than him! Aha!

For a minimum fare of P750, or a quarter of the average charging fee for traditional lipat-bahay trucks or vans at P3,000, Mober offers reliable and affordable transport services to the customers.  Currently serving deliveries in Manila areas and nearby provinces, including Bulacan, Cavite and Laguna, the company seeks to expand to Cebu, Davao and Pampanga by next year.

Mober Phils. aims to have a total of 2,500 van-partners by the end of 2018.
