Broadcast journalist Atom Araullo personally experiences getting drugged inside a taxi cab via a simulation this Friday (May 30) in “Red Alert.”

There have been various reports about taxi drivers using a chemical spray to make passengers feel dizzy and weak. When the chemical takes effect, the driver would then rob, or in some cases, sexually harass the victims, who are mostly women.

To give viewers practical tips, Atom exposes himself to this chemical and narrates his experience first-hand. How long can he stand the effect of this special spray? Will he be able to get off the cab just in time or will he pass out?

Meanwhile, “Alyanna” and “Consuela” recount their experience being victims of this taxi spray modus. “Alyanna” luckily reached her destination despite being exposed to the chemical, while “Consuela,” unfortunately, did not. She wasn’t only robbed, but was almost raped by an abusive cab driver.

Also in the episode, Atom shares what to do in case you get held up inside an FX.
