MANILA, Philippines – Easy Taxi, a mobile taxi hailing application, has posted a number of teasers on its Facebook page hinting at something new happening on October 30, 2014.
Using the hashtag #OCT302014, the series of posters showing logos of various brands without any additional information along with a message inviting everyone to be a witness.
So far, the Facebook post has shown WeChat and Belo Medical Group, however our reports indicate that Smart Communications and Cellular are also partners.
According to a post by Wazzup Pilipinas, the October 30 event will be held at the Eastwood Open Park.
Easy Taxi is a transportation app that allows you to hail a cab through your smartphone, similar to GrabTaxi and Uber. It is available on the iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.
