The new award-winning UNIVERGE SV9000 series includes the SV9100, SV9300 and SV9500 communication platforms that offer an integrated unified communications (UC) solution encompassing voice, video conferencing, instant messaging, unified messaging, contact centre, mobility as well as real-time collaboration. The UC solutions enable seamless integration with applications to enhance business productivity and efficiency.

The powerful feature-rich SV9500 communications server is available as a virtualized pre-packaged server or software delivered solution. Designed for large enterprises and geographically distributed businesses, the virtualized communications solution brings enhanced performance and availability, as well as increased capacity for faster deployments for applications.

The highly reliable UNIVERGE SV9300 and SV9100 communication platforms are purpose-built for easy and flexible deployment, while offering feature rich unified communications and voice capabilities. The new SV9300 platform is suitable for mid-sized enterprises while the SV9100 offering offers an all-in-one UC platform for SMBs, with simplified installation and management.

The new DT range of desktop handsets provide unprecedented voice quality and support the demands of any business, providing multi-line, touch screen, colour, gigabit networking and consoles, with customization to suit employees’ specific communication needs.

“The SV9000 series catering across small business to large enterprises will help customers sharpen their competitive edge. It takes the business towards a new level of productivity, enabling seamless communication across desktop and mobile. We think of your future needs as our solutions are able to scale to meet your communications needs as your business grows,” said Agnes A. Gervacio, President, NEC Philippines.

“The UNIVERGE SV9000 series greatly simplifies the installation of UC solutions and has made it easier for IT managers to manage UC solutions. The product supports virtualization, enabling businesses to absorb UC over a private cloud or a public cloud or over a hybrid cloud. Additionally, the product is interoperable with 3rd party devices and solutions, enabling businesses to adopt UC as per their pace instead of a fork lift investment,” said Shailendra Soni, Industry Principal, ICT Practice, Asia Pacific, Frost & Sullivan.

“NEC has given its installed base of UNIVERGE SV8000 Series and earlier versions a compelling reason to migrate to its newest technology and has carved opportunities for its partners to upgrade their installed base and enter into new vertical markets,” he added.

The UNIVERGE SV9000 series platform enables customers to utilize the latest features and capabilities by enabling easy migration to the platform and leveraging on existing hardware and licenses for a fraction of the cost of buying a new system.
