MANILA, Philippines (Feb 2025) — HONOR Philippines has officially launched the HONOR X9c Smart 5G, an ultra-tough smartphone designed for budget-conscious consumers, exclusively on Shopee. As part of the Shopee 3.3 Sale, the device will be available at a special price of Php 10,799 for a limited time.
The launch event, held at Quantum Golf, AutoCamp in Pasig City, brought together media partners and industry leaders to showcase the device’s key features. HONOR emphasized its commitment to affordability and innovation, highlighting the smartphone’s Ultra-Tough Defense technology and premium design.
“We want to provide Filipinos with high-quality technology at an accessible price point,” said AC De Guzman, E-Commerce Manager of HONOR Philippines. Meanwhile, Digital Marketing Manager and Content Lead Eason De Guzman detailed the smartphone’s durability and performance capabilities during an in-depth product talk.
Shopee Philippines’ Head of Corporate Affairs, Erin Tagudin, highlighted the success of the partnership, revealing a fourfold increase in HONOR’s Shopee Mall store sales in 2024. “The exclusive launch of the HONOR X9c Smart 5G on Shopee underscores the strong trust between our brands and our shared goal of delivering the best online shopping experience to Filipinos,” Tagudin said.
Guests at the event enjoyed interactive activities, including a golf tournament inspired by the phone’s durability, hands-on product experiences, and content creation opportunities.
The HONOR X9c Smart 5G, available in Midnight Black and Ocean Cyan, officially retails at Php 13,999 but will be offered at Php 10,799 during the Shopee 3.3 Sale. Customers can also purchase it via SPayLater for as low as Php 120 per day and receive a free HONOR Camping Light Speaker with every purchase.
