The 8th edition of Sinag Maynila Independent Film Festival was celebrated from March 23 to 29, 2026 at the following partner cinemas: Gateway Cineplex 18, Uptown Cinemas, Lucky Chinatown Cinemas, Venice Cineplex and Eastwood Cinemas.
Due to popular demand, the indie festival was extended from March 30 to April 1, 2026 in the same select cinemas.
Held at Gateway Cineplex, the Gabi ng Parangal was graced by Sinag Maynila Founder and Solar Entertainment’s Mr. Wilson Tieng with award winning director Brillante Mendoza cheered for all the nominees and winners of the night.
