MANILA, Philippines (Apr. 2026) — Lorelyn Felonia didn’t just want a new phone. She wanted 10 of them — and that decision just won her a Tesla Cybertruck.
Felonia was named the grand winner of HONOR Philippines’ “Win A Tesla Cybertruck” promo, which ran during the pre-order period of the HONOR X9d 5G from Jan. 9 to 23, 2026. The formal turnover ceremony was held April 17 in Manila, where she received the keys to one of the rarest vehicles on the market today.
The Cybertruck, which retails for around $79,990 (approx. PHP 4.6 million) in the U.S., was the centerpiece prize of a campaign designed to build buzz around the launch of HONOR’s toughest phone to date. Felonia qualified for the draw by purchasing 10 units of the HONOR X9d 5G during the promo window.
“The HONOR X9d 5G is our biggest win this year,” said HONOR Philippines Vice President Stephen Cheng. “This awarding marked a milestone not only for us, but also for our growing community of Filipino fans.”
The handover was led by HONOR Philippines Country Manager Sean Yuan and Digital Marketing Manager Eason De Guzman.
The HONOR X9d 5G is positioned as a rugged daily driver, built to survive drops and pressure while offering a long-lasting battery and a slim profile. The promo, according to HONOR, drew strong nationwide participation during its two-week run.
With the campaign wrapped up, HONOR Philippines says more promos are in the pipeline as the brand continues to push deeper into the local market.
