The inaugural MICHELIN Guide Philippines covers 108 restaurants across 13 cities and towns. Here is the complete list organized by location, from Makati to Cebu.

The inaugural MICHELIN Guide Philippines landed in 2025 with 108 restaurants spanning Metro Manila, Cavite, and Cebu. From the country’s only Two-Star table in Makati to Bib Gourmand finds in Cebu, here is the full list organized by city so you can find the nearest Michelin-recognized restaurant wherever you are.

Across 13 cities and towns, the guide awarded 1 Two-Star, 8 One-Star, 25 Bib Gourmand, and 74 Selected distinctions. Makati City leads with 46 recognized restaurants, followed by Taguig and Cebu City with 17 each.

Makati City (46 restaurants)

The highest concentration of Michelin recognition in the country. Makati has the only Two-Star restaurant and five One-Star tables, plus 9 Bib Gourmand picks and 31 Selected addresses.

Two Stars: Helm — Chef Josh Boutwood’s 24-seat chef’s counter, creative tasting menu.

One Star: Celera (Asian contemporary), Hapag (modern Filipino), Inatô (wood fire Filipino), Kása Palma (wood fire, island inspired), Toyo Eatery (modern Filipino).

Bib Gourmand: Hálong, Lampara, Manam at the Triangle, Pilya’s Kitchen, Sarsa, Taquería Franco, The Underbelly, Your Local, La Pita.

Bib Gourmand: Bolero, Brick Corner, COCHI, Em Hà Nôi, Los Tacos.

Cebu City (17 restaurants)

Cebu has no Michelin stars in the inaugural guide but makes up for it with 6 Bib Gourmand and 11 Selected restaurants.
