MANILA, Philippines (Sep 2026): Real-life Pinoy struggles, personal goals, and the practical choices needed to reach them took center stage at the 22nd Philippine Quill Awards, where EastWest Ageas earned an Award of Excellence for its six-episode brand campaign, #FYP: For Your PURPLE.
Storytelling that hits close to home
The campaign follows four main characters navigating relatable life moments, from balancing daily work with personal passions to practicing self-care and finding support in loved ones. Instead of traditional hard-sell insurance pitches, the short-form video series focuses on the practical decisions Pinoy dreamers face as they build their future.
Measuring real impact
This strategy paid off in engagement and brand recognition. The insurance company saw its brand health score climb from 12% to 22% in 2025 following the campaign launch and related community activations.
Organized by the International Association of Business Communicators – Philippines (IABC), the Philippine Quill Awards evaluated over 700 student and professional submissions this year. This latest win marks three consecutive years of IABC recognition for the organization.
