The Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) has honored top real estate developers from the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) in its 2023 Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR), recognizing these members as leaders in various categories.
8990 Housing Development Corporation was awarded the top spot as the Pag-IBIG Fund Top Developers for 2023. The New APEC Group of Companies secured second place, followed by Raemulan Lands, Inc. in third. The Axeia Group of Companies came in fourth while Fiesta Communities, Inc. and Hausland Group took fifth place. Borland Development Corporation was ranked sixth, Homemark Group of Companies was named ninth, and Lynville Land Development Corporation completed the top ten in tenth place.
SHDA members were also recognized as among the top ten developers in North Luzon with The New APEC Group of Companies bagging second place, followed by 8990 Group of Companies at third place. Borland Development Corporation was awarded sixth place, Prima Casa Land and House Inc., and Affiliates took seventh, Kirkwood Development Corporation came in eight, and P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation & Affiliates landing at ninth place.
For the National Capital Region (NCR), the 8990 Group of Companies topped the list of Top Ten Developers for 2023. Raemulan Lands, Inc. and Axeia Group of Companies followed in second and third places. Homemark Group of Companies was awarded fourth place, The New Apec Group of Companies fifth, and Charles Builders Group of Companies sixth. At eight place is Borland Development Corporation with Citihomes Builders and Kaia Homes rounding out the top ten in tenth place.
Special awards were also presented to Raemulan Lands, Inc. for having the highest number of units taken out. Borland Development Corporation received the award for the highest performing loans ratio, and Citihomes Builders & Kaia Homes were honored for achieving the highest performing accounts ratio. Additionally, 8990 Housing Development Corporation was acknowledged for serving the highest number of members, John Dorf Ventures Corporation was recognized for Mindanao, and Saekyung Realty Corporation for Visayas.
“These recognitions are a testament to the dedication and hard work of our member-developers. Their achievements reflect their commitment to excellence and underscore the significant impact our association has on housing development. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and look forward to continuing our mission to provide quality housing for Filipinos,” said SHDA Chairman, Arch. Leonardo Dayao Jr.
The event also featured a renewal of Pag-IBIG Fund and its stakeholders’ pledge to integrity, in line with their shared effort to conduct all transactions with utmost professionalism and integrity towards achieving the highest tenets of public service.
The StaR awards, organized by Pag-IBIG Fund, celebrate top developers, employers, service partners, and key stakeholders across five major regions in the country.
