MAKATI CITY, Philippines (Jun 2025) – ASUS officially launched its 2025 Vivobook S AI laptop series in the Philippine market today, bringing artificial intelligence computing to mainstream consumers with prices starting at P45,995.
The flagship Vivobook S16 powered by Snapdragon X processor promises up to 32 hours of battery life and features a 45 TOPS Neural Processing Unit for enhanced AI performance. ASUS positions these Copilot+ PCs as the next generation of productivity devices for Filipino professionals, students, and content creators.
“We want to continue this ASUS AI Laptop legacy, not just as the first brand to bring the Copilot+ PCs here, but also as the first brand to bring it into the mainstream,” said Harrison Cheng, Business Development Manager of ASUS Philippines, according to a press release obtained by our editors.
The company claims a commanding 66% market share of Philippine Copilot+ PC sales in the first quarter of 2025. Now ASUS aims to expand AI laptop accessibility across different market segments through the Vivobook S series.
The Snapdragon-powered Vivobook S16 starts at P50,995 and includes real-time AI assistance through Microsoft Copilot, Click-to-Do multitasking features, and Recall for file management. A dedicated Copilot key provides one-click access to AI functions.
ASUS includes proprietary AI applications like StoryCube for content organization, Adaptive Dimming for display optimization, and AI Noise Cancellation for clearer audio during video calls. The 16-inch model features a 2.5K 144Hz display with 180-degree ErgoLift hinge and Dolby Atmos audio.
Intel-powered variants offer different performance tiers. The Vivobook S16 with Intel Core Ultra 7 processor costs P65,995, while a Core i5 model starts at P45,995. For users preferring smaller form factors, the 14-inch Vivobook S14 ranges from P45,995 to P59,995 depending on processor configuration.
AMD Ryzen 7-powered options complete the lineup at P55,995, delivering up to 19 hours of battery life. All models include 16GB RAM and solid-state storage ranging from 512GB to 1TB.
Design consistency runs across the series. The laptops measure 1.59cm thin and weigh between 1.39kg to 1.74kg depending on screen size. Military-grade construction ensures durability while maintaining premium aesthetics in Matte Gray or Cool Silver finishes.
Security features include physical webcam privacy shields, Windows Hello support, ASUS Adaptive Lock, and Microsoft Pluton security processors. Full connectivity options include WiFi 6E, multiple USB ports, and cross-device integration through Snapdragon Seamless and Microsoft Phone Link.
All 2025 Vivobook S models include an ASUS backpack, lifetime Microsoft Office Home 2024 license, one-year Microsoft 365 Basic subscription, and comprehensive service coverage featuring two-year international warranty plus one-year accidental damage protection.
