Baliwag residents open community garden with plans for solar power, rainwater

PHILIPPINES – After a successful Easter event earlier this month, Lumina Homes Baliwag holds the unveiling of its Angelique Enhanced and Community Garden on April 29, 2022.

“Lumina Homes has grown from a low-cost housing brand to one that provides a middle-income Filipino family’s ultimate dream home,” said Engr. Joemi Tan, Division Head of Lumina North Luzon and Mindanao.

With this goal in mind, Lumina Homes projects all over the country are enhancing the features of certain house models, one of which is the Angelique Townhouse, a 35-sqm home that can accommodate up to 2 bedrooms.

Angelique’s inner and end units will have enhanced ceiling and ready room partitions, a refreshed look for one of the Lumina’s most sought-after house models.

Lumina Homes Baliwag also opened its community garden—the developer’s effort for a cleaner, healthier, and greener community. The project is on top of utilizing solar lights and a rainwater harvesting system that will be implemented soon in Lumina’s common areas.

The community garden aims to introduce gardening as an enjoyable and healthy activity for all ages. There will be an edible garden nursery, where homeowners can plant vegetables for their consumption.

During the event, homebuyers and partner real estate professionals joined the vegetable planting at the community garden that was followed by the ribbon-cutting and model house tour.
