MANILA, Philippines – Primetime viewers tuned in to the “most tempting episode” of ABS-CBN’s top-rating drama series “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” that aired last Friday (September 19).
According to data from Kantar Media, Bea and Paulo’s series scored a national TV rating of 16.6%, compared to the finale of its rival program in GMA “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real” (15.5%).
Aside from the national TV ratings, the episode of “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” also conquered social networking sites like Twitter where the official hashtag #SBPAKAlab became a nationwide trending topic, and its lead actor Paulo a worldwide trending topic because of the numerous tweets of netizens about the controversial episode.
In the next episodes of “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon,” TV viewers will surely be more hooked now that Rose (Bea) has started to reveal to her family that she is only pretending to be Emmanuelle, her lawyer who was killed by a car bomb. Is Rose ready to face the people she loves the most and the people who ruined her life?
Meanwhile, “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” stars Paulo and Maricar Reyes will fly to Bicol this Saturday (September 27) for ABS-CBN Regional’s Kapamilya Karavan for the Peñafrancia Festival. It will be held at SM City Naga parking lot at 4:00PM.
Under the production of Dreamscape Entertainment Television, “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” is a story about two different women fighting for justice. It is directed by Trina Dayrit and Jerome Pobocan.
