Fostering Mindfulness and Gratitude
Blogapalooza started the year with a January Townhall and Team Engagement Activity (TEA) focused on mindfulness. The session, facilitated by Kimmy from Moment to Moment Stress Management Solutions, included confidence-building exercises, laughter therapy, and a calming sound bath meditation.
Ara Mendiola, Account Manager at Blogapalooza, reflected, “What I like most is the part where we have to tell each other about what we see and appreciate in them. It’s a good opportunity for us to express gratitude towards our teammates and make them feel seen.”

Championing Equality with Intersex Philippines
As part of its #ElevateInfluence mission, Blogapalooza partnered with Intersex Philippines to host “Elevate Influence: A Party for Equality.” This event underscores Blogapalooza’s dedication to fostering inclusivity in the creator and business ecosystems.
Maridie Macandog, Blogapalooza’s Senior HROD Manager, joined a SOGIESC Equality workshop in Bohol, which emphasized the importance of anti-discrimination legislation. “This partnership is a reminder of how inclusion drives a happier, more empowered economy,” she said.
The Bloga Creator Hub (BCH) hosted a vibrant #BirthdayBash to celebrate January birthdays, featuring the theme “Roaring 2025.” With attendees dressed in animal prints, the event was supported by sponsors Jollibee, Red Ribbon, and Fundador, making it a memorable gathering for the BlogaFam.
