MANILA, Philippines – KMC Solutions (KMCS), a leading outsourcing and offshoring corporate services provider in the Philippines, picks Dell to help them increase its IT infrastructure and meet increasing demands from clients entering the Philippine market.

KMCS is a long-time Dell customer and has been relying on Dell’s solutions for the past three years. Now, as the company expands its portfolio, it again turns to Dell. The objective for KMCS is to further strengthen its operation network, services to clients and improve internal IT capabilities.

“For an outsourcing company who services clients from all over the world, a robust IT infrastructure is our backbone to client service sustainability amidst increasing client demands. We need solutions that would align with our expansion plan, both in terms of services and operation,” said Yves Luethi, Vice President for Marketing and Business Development, KMCS. “We have been relying and satisfied with Dell’s solutions since we began operation in 2011, and we believe the upgraded system we acquire from Dell will continue to deliver superior performance”.

The new Dell end-to-end solutions KMCS will be deploying include Dell Optiplex 3020 desktops, PowerConnect 6224 Gigabit Ethernet switches, PowerConnect 3548 and PowerConnect 3548P switches, and more SonicWALL appliances to further strengthen its network security platform.

These solutions will complement KMCS’ existing IT infrastructure, currently deployed in all KMCS offices, which include Dell Optiplex workstations (GX620, 745, 755, 780, 960, 3010) Dell PowerEdge servers (PowerEdge 420, 850 and PowerEdge 1950), Dell networking switches (PowerConnect 3424P, 3448, 2448P, and 6224) and Dell SonicWALL network security appliances (NSA 240 and NSA 2400).

“The challenge for IT infrastructure upgrade is avoiding downtime and ensuring all new systems are in-sync with the current infrastructure. We are extremely proud with KMCS’ continued trust and will ensure fast and seamless deployment of the new systems and solutions so there will be very little impact to KMCS’s business continuity and services,” said Christopher Papa, Country Manager Dell Philippines.

KMCS headquarters is located at Picadilly Star Building in Bonifacio Global City, with operating offices at Sun Life Centre and SM Aura Office Tower in BGC, and Rufino Pacific Tower in Makati City. KMCS will soon open new offices in V Corporate Tower in Makati City and UnionBank Plaza in Ortigas Center. The site for the current technology upgrade is at the SM Aura Office Tower.

KMCS offers Project Outsourcing, Staff Leasing, Serviced Offices, Human Resources and Payroll Outsourcing services under its outsourcing and offshoring corporate services to clients in Australia and the United States, as well as to various local clients.
