30% Off Brother Printers for Filipino Students

MANILA, Philippines (Jun 2025) – Looking to upgrade your printer without breaking the bank this school year? Brother Philippines has you covered.

The tech giant is rolling out its Trade-In Madness Promotion starting June 14, letting customers swap their old printing devices for discounts of up to 30% on select Brother printers. Here’s the kicker: they’ll accept any old machine, regardless of brand or condition.

Now in its 25th year serving Filipino families, Brother Philippines is making tech upgrades more accessible as students and professionals gear up for the new academic year. The promotion reflects the company’s dual mission of supporting education while championing environmental responsibility.

“This year’s Trade-In Madness is even more significant as we help families and students prepare for the new school year with affordable tech upgrades,” said Glenn Hocson, President of Brother Philippines. The executive emphasized how the campaign promotes both accessible technology and mindful consumption practices.

Here’s how it works: bring any old printer, fax machine, typewriter, or all-in-one unit to participating authorized Brother dealers. In exchange, customers can score major discounts on Brother’s latest inkjet models, including the productivity-focused MFC-T920DW and the newly released MFC-T930DW from their refill tank printer series.

The full lineup of Brother’s new refill tank series joins the promotion. Customers can find deals on the DCP-T430W, DCP-T436W, DCP-T530DW, DCP-T730DW, and DCP-T830DW models – versatile machines designed for everyday learning and work-from-home needs.

Participation is straightforward. Simply bring trade-in units to participating locations and register through the official promo website. Each machine qualifies for one discount, with a maximum of three purchases per customer daily, according to a press release obtained by our editors.

Beyond the savings, the initiative tackles a growing environmental concern. The Trade-In Madness program supports UN Sustainable Development Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production by accepting and properly disposing of old electronics, helping reduce e-waste across the Philippines.

This effort builds on Brother Philippines’ broader sustainability initiatives. The company organizes annual Ocean Cleanup Drives where employees volunteer to clean coastal areas, and runs the Green Project, encouraging customers to return used Brother ink bottles for proper recycling.

“Supporting our customers also means supporting the communities and environment we’re part of,” Hocson noted. “We’re proud that our trade-in program helps reduce tech waste while giving Filipino families a more affordable way to upgrade.”

Whether you’re preparing for another academic year or upgrading your home office setup, the Trade-In Madness promo offers a smart way to save money and reduce tech waste simultaneously.
