MANILA, Philippines (Jul 2025) – Gaming enthusiasts in the Philippines can now get their hands on more affordable RTX graphics cards as Chinese manufacturer Colorful Technology unveils three new GeForce RTX 5050 models targeting budget-conscious gamers and content creators.
The Shenzhen-based company launched the iGame GeForce RTX 5050 Ultra W, GeForce RTX 5050 Battle AX, and COLORFIRE GeForce RTX 5050 MEOW-ORG DUO on July 1, with prices starting at $249 – roughly P14,400 at current exchange rates.
All three graphics cards run on NVIDIA’s latest Blackwell architecture, promising better performance per peso for Filipino gamers who have long waited for budget-friendly RTX options. The new 5050 series supports DLSS 4 technology and NVIDIA Studio features for creators.
The standout model is the quirky COLORFIRE MEOW-ORG DUO, designed for cat lovers with its orange-and-white color scheme and embossed cat icons. This compact dual-fan model fits perfectly in small gaming setups popular in space-constrained Filipino homes.
The iGame Ultra W series brings Hip-Hop styling with customizable RGB lighting through the iGame Center app. It features a one-key overclock button and hollow backplate design for better airflow – crucial for the Philippines’ hot climate.
Meanwhile, the Battle AX series, formerly known as the NB series, sports a red-on-black design with triple-fan cooling. Both Battle AX and Ultra W models come in standard and compact DUO versions.
Key specifications across the lineup include 8GB GDDR6 memory, boost clocks ranging from 2497MHz to 2647MHz, and multiple display outputs with 3 DisplayPort and 1 HDMI connection.
The timing couldn’t be better for Filipino gamers, as local retailers have struggled to stock affordable RTX cards amid global supply constraints. These new 5050 models fill the gap between entry-level GTX cards and premium RTX 4060 options.
