QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Apr 22, 2025) – Filipino content creators seeking to improve their craft have a new opportunity as local fintech company Eplayment launches its PIXEL Academy workshop series.
The initiative builds upon PIXEL, Eplayment’s platform for content aggregation and monetization introduced nearly two years ago. PIXEL Academy aims to provide practical skills and real world insights to help creators navigate the digital landscape.
The first workshop takes place on April 26, 2025, at Thames International School Inc. in Quezon City. This session features a masterclass titled “Designing for Impact” led by Dani Rogacion, CEO of Overdrive Studios. Rogacion, known for her work with local and international brands, will focus on the importance of content visuals and branding.
“It’s important in our digital landscape today to craft compelling and recognizable content that resonates with audiences,” Rogacion stated. “It’s all about the branding and creating a niche for yourself when you’re a budding creator.” The class will cover topics like creating a brand identity and developing mood boards.
Eplayment, founded in 2019, initially launched its e-wallet beta before adding e-banking services in October 2022 and the PIXEL platform in August 2023. The company focuses on providing digital financial tools for creators.
“PIXEL Academy is more than just skill building; it’s a platform for creators to connect, collaborate, and unlock opportunities through the shared community that PIXEL has built,” said Eplayment CEO Karlos Naidas. He emphasized the goal of helping creators reach their potential and build their brand.
