PHILIPPINES – FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, has expanded the My FedEx Rewards (MFR) program, a FedEx point-based loyalty program designed to reward small and medium customers for choosing FedEx.

For the first time, the rewards program will be open to owners of either corporate or personal shipping accounts. Under the program, customers can earn rewards points for eligible shipments:

  • Rewards may be combined with existing shipping discounts.
  • International express shipments to more than 220 countries1 worldwide.
  • Payment options via monthly credit term or via credit card.

As SME customers grow their business, their discounts and rewards will grow as well. With the MFR program, customers can earn points as they ship with FedEx to redeem rewards such as gift vouchers, FedEx eShipping vouchers and other lifestyle goods and products . Eligible customers will receive an email invitation to the program with welcome points to kickstart their rewards journey.

John Peterson, FedEx Philippines managing director of operations, encourages customers in the Philippines — individuals and businesses alike — to take advantage of My FedEx Rewards. “This program is our way of rewarding our customers for their trust, loyalty and appreciation of our smart solutions and services. We always go the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer experience by addressing their shipping needs and delighting them with value-added incentives.”
