GAC Philippines just dropped three new MPVs in one go. The All-New GN6, E8 HEV, and GN8 PHEV Executive were officially launched on July 30, 2026, forming what the brand calls the GAC MPV Family. Prices range from PHP 1.198 million to PHP 3.488 million, and there is a gasoline, a hybrid, and a plug-in hybrid option covering every budget.
Three MPVs, three different buyers
GAC calls these its MPV MVPs, backed by more than 880,000 MPV units delivered globally and over 10 years of dedicated MPV engineering. The company has also surpassed 30 million cumulative vehicles produced. Here is how the three models break down:

All-New GAC GN6: entry-level with flexible space
The GN6 is the entry point into the GAC MPV family. It is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine producing 176.7 PS and 270 Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. It rides on a 2,810 mm wheelbase with overall dimensions of 4,792 mm long, 1,837 mm wide, and 1,750 mm tall. WLTC fuel consumption is rated at 7.22 L/100km. GAC has more than 30 million cumulative vehicles produced globally.

Inside, a 190 mm center aisle allows easier movement between rows. Cargo capacity goes from 324 liters with all seats up to 1,100 liters with the third row folded flat. Cabin tech includes a 10.25-inch LCD instrument cluster, a 14.6-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and dual-zone automatic climate control with rear controls. Safety features include six airbags, electronic stability control, a 360-degree camera, and ADAS with Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, and Automatic Emergency Braking.
GAC E8 HEV: hybrid efficiency meets premium comfort
The E8 HEV pairs a 2.0-liter hybrid-dedicated engine (140 PS, 180 Nm) with an electric motor (182 PS, 300 Nm) through a two-speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission. Total combined power is 322 PS. WLTC fuel consumption is rated at just 5.58 L per 100 kilometers, with a total combined driving range of more than 1,000 kilometers from its 60-liter fuel tank. The E8 measures 4,920 mm long, 1,928 mm wide, and 1,760 mm tall on a 2,930 mm wheelbase. Curb weight is 1,925 kg (GL) to 2,005 kg (GX).

Built with a low 375 mm step-in height for easier entry and exit. The interior offers up to 18 seating configurations. Second-row occupants get One-Touch Zero Gravity seats with power leg rests, ventilation, and massage. Third-row Magic Storage seats fold flat into the floor or can be configured in Tea Break Mode, expanding cargo from 345 liters to 1,917 liters. The E8 rides on 17-inch or 18-inch alloy wheels with 225-section tires. Other features include acoustic laminated glass, dual sunroofs, power-sliding doors, a 14.6-inch touchscreen, and ADiGO intelligent driving with Traffic Jam Assist and Integrated Cruise Assist. GAC GN8 PHEV Executive: flagship luxury
At the top sits the GN8 PHEV Executive, a full-size seven-seat flagship. It measures 5,247 mm long, 1,893 mm wide, and 1,823 mm tall on a 3,070 mm wheelbase. Curb weight is 2,420 kg with a gross vehicle weight of 3,000 kg. Ground clearance is 143 mm (empty load).
The powertrain combines a 2.0-liter turbocharged Miller-cycle engine (190 HP, 330 Nm) with a permanent-magnet synchronous motor (182 HP, 300 Nm), producing a combined 373 HP and 630 Nm of torque through a 2-speed DHT transmission. Its 25.5 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery provides 120 km of electric-only range (NEDC) and a total combined range of 1,038 km. AC charging is rated at 6.6 kW. The fuel tank holds 56 liters.

The cabin is designed as a private lounge or mobile boardroom. The Zero Breeze Air Conditioning system uses over 1,600 micro-vents for draft-free airflow. Beyond the vehicles, GAC Philippines has partnered with Cignal TV and TV5 for broadcast integrations across the PBA Governors’ Cup, Premier Volleyball League On Tour and Invitational Conference, and UAAP Season 89 Men’s Basketball, under its “Go Above Competition” sports marketing campaign. The brand now has 30 dealerships nationwide, a dedicated parts warehouse, and a warranty package of up to 5 years or 150,000 km for ICE models, and 8 years or 160,000 km for EV models plus 8 years or 200,000 km for the core three-electric system.
