MANILA, Philippines – Globe Telecom today announced it will offer the Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, the biggest advancements in iPhone history, beginning on November 14, 2014.
Earlier Globe launched the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus registration portal, which allowed interested applicants to pre-register for the iPhone when it arrives in the Philippines.
The price of gray market units of the iPhone 6 Plus went as high as 100 thousand pesos when it was first launched, shocking and angering netizens.
There have also been issues with the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus getting easily bent out of shape, which has prompted Samsung to come up with an advertisement making fun of the bent iPhone 6 Plus.
Globe Telecom is yet to information on the official price of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
