WATCH: Gundams are coming to Call of Duty: Mobile

MANILA, Philippines (July 2, 2025) – Get ready to pilot legendary giants. The world of Call of Duty: Mobile is about to get a massive upgrade as iconic Gundams descend upon the game for its sixth season, launching on July 3.

This major collaboration with the classic Japanese franchise introduces a host of new content for players in the Philippines and across the globe. According to a press release obtained by our editors, the update, titled “Gundams Arrive!”, will feature a new limited-time game mode, themed events, and a collection of exclusive gear.

At the heart of the season is the Gundam Team Deathmatch, a new 4v4 mode where players will control powerful mobile suits in third-person combat. Instead of standard loadouts, each Gundam, including the Freedom Gundam, Sazabi, v Gundam, and Deathscythe Gundam (EW), comes with its own unique weapons and abilities. These battles will take place on a new map, an interstellar space station designed for dynamic, mechanized warfare.

Players can earn a variety of free Gundam-themed items by completing missions in the Gundam Hub event. Rewards include the new legendary J358 — Fin Funnel v Gundam weapon, the Urban Tracker — Defense Force operator skin, and a Cyro Bomb reskinned to look like the lovable Haro robot.

The Season 6 Battle Pass will also feature a stream of free and premium content. All players can unlock the new 3-Line Rifle, a high-damage bolt-action marksman rifle. Those who purchase the Premium Pass can earn additional sci-fi themed operator skins and weapon blueprints. Furthermore, a Double CP event will be active for the entire season.

Filipino fans of both franchises can prepare for interstellar combat by downloading Call of Duty®: Mobile – Garena from the App Store and Google Play to join the action on July 3.
