He thought he lost his passport and cash forever, but then this happened

When Francis Labora lost his clutch bag containing his passport and cash he never thought he would ever get it back, but then he received a text message from an unknown number owned by “Kuya” asking if he lost his passport.

He proceeded to call the number and was told that some guy living in Luneta (homeless?) had his belongings.

There he met “Tito”, the kind man who found his lost clutch bag. Labora found out that Tito found his (Labora’s) contact details inside the calling card inserted in the passport and asked Kuya to text Labora.

The result: a true story of honesty and kindness from two strangers with a heart of gold, with Francis reuniting once again with his precious passport and belongings.

Here’s the full text from Francis Labora’s Instagram post:

2 days ago, my clutch was stolen. Aside from some cash, my passport was in it. Yesterday, a stranger texted me and asking if i lost my passport. I called the guy and told him that i did lost my passport. He told me that some guy living in the grounds of Luneta approached him. The guy gave him the calling card inserted in my passport and requested if he can text me that he found my passport. Today, i agreed to meet with the guy who found my passport in Luneta not knowing how he looks like and no contact information. As i was walking Luneta, he approached me and told me he has my passport. Salamat Tito at naglakas loob ka lapitan si kuya (forgot to get his name) para I text ako at sabihan sa napulot mo na passport. Salamat din kay Kuya at pinakinggan mo si Tito! Mabuhay kayong dalawa! SALAMAT ng marami! #maymgamababaitparintalaga #actsofkindness
