The UP Philippines-Japan Friendship Club (UP Tomo-Kai) is holding an event entitled Hibla: An AcousTKafe! on Friday, April 21, from 12nn to 3:30pm at the UP Diliman Palma Hall Rm. 400. Enjoy a chill afternoon of OPM, JPOP, and spoken word poetry while munching on free snacks and sipping unlimited coffee or tea.
HIBLA is the second event lined up for UP Tomo-Kai’s 26th Anniversary Month celebration entitled “Kataware-Doki: A Glimpse of Twilight”. One of the goals of the organization is to raise awareness and foster appreciation for the Philippine and Japanese cultures.
This month-long celebration is one way this objective is fulfilled. Each anniversary celebration is themed, and includes interesing and enriching activities that will be sure to satisfy your craving for culture.
