MANILA, Philippines (June 30, 2025) – Filipino content creators have a new tool for achieving professional-looking videos as Insta360 launches its Flow 2 smartphone gimbal in the country. Starting at a retail price of Php 5,490, the device aims to provide smooth, stable footage without the high cost often associated with such equipment.
The Flow 2 integrates 3-axis stabilization, a built-in selfie stick, and a compact metal tripod into a single portable unit. A key feature is its updated AI tracking system, Deep Track 4.0, which is designed to keep subjects in focus even when briefly obstructed. The technology also supports tracking multiple people in a single shot.
“With Flow 2, we’re bringing everything we’ve learned from the Flow series to more people,” said Henry Hsu, Executive Consultant of Insta360, in a press release obtained by our editors. “It’s designed to make smartphone filming easier, smarter, and more fun.”
For quick setup, the gimbal supports NFC One-Tap Shooting for compatible phones, eliminating the need for manual Bluetooth pairing. It also boasts a 10-hour battery life and can function as a power bank to charge a connected smartphone during use.
“Flow 2 hits the sweet spot for everyday creators. With its thoughtful features and unbeatable price, it’s easily the most versatile gimbal in its class,” added Ray Deng, Country Head of Insta360 Philippines, highlighting its value for the local market.
Insta360 also introduced a more advanced Flow 2 Pro model. While both versions share core features like Deep Track 4.0 and a built-in spotlight, the Pro version adds exclusive hardware. These include a selfie mirror, a tracking ring light, 360-degree infinite pan tracking, and native support for Apple’s DockKit tracking technology.
Alongside the gimbals, the new Insta360 Mic Air was also launched. This wireless microphone can be paired with the Insta360 app’s teleprompter mode, allowing creators to read a script from their screen while recording.
The Insta360 Flow 2 is available in Summit White and Stone Gray. The standard bundle is priced at Php 5,490, while the AI Tracker Bundle, which enhances subject tracking in third-party apps, is priced at Php 6,590. Interested buyers can find the new gimbal on official Insta360 stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
