MANILA, Philippines – (UPDATED) The fight is on! Floyd Mayweather Jr and Manny Pacquiao will finally face one another in the boxing ring on May 2, 2015 at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas.

Manny Pacquiao later uploaded another photo of the signed contract, with a quote coming from the Bible:

Honesty is the way the Lord want us to do. Matthew 12:36-37 NIV [36] But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. [37] For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.” God Bless everyone thank you.

Dan Rafael of ESPN confirmed that the bout will be set at the Welterweight limit of 147 pounds. The payout will be split 60-40 (in favor of Mayweather), with both fighters wearing their “usual brand of gloves”.

The weight limit is 147, there is no rematch clause, each man wears their usual brand of gloves, 60-40 split.

It is unclear how HBO and Showtime will be handling broadcast rights. HBO posted a tweet that Mayweather-Pacquiao will be live on Pay-per-view on May 2, 2015.

Showtime Sports EVP Stephen Espinosa later tweeted this photo, signed by himself, HBO Sports President Ken Hershman, Manny Pacquiao, and Floyd Mayweather Jr.
