MANILA, Philippines (Apr 25) – Filipinos looking to manage stress can access teletherapy sessions at reduced prices this April. Mental health organization MindNation is offering discounts up to 50% on select well-being programs to mark Stress Awareness Month.
The initiative aims to empower individuals to actively work on their mental health and emotional healing.
Stress is a normal part of life that helps with survival and growth. However, when stress becomes ongoing, it can negatively affect both mental and physical health. Prolonged stress is linked to higher risks of anxiety and depression, sleep problems, constant tiredness, reduced work output, and burnout.
According to a 2024 MindNation survey, 72% of employees reported feeling stressed at work often or more than half the time. While 49% believe they can cope well, many remain unsure about managing their stress effectively.
The “Stress Less, Save More” promotion features two limited time offers designed to make support more affordable.
The Trauma Processing Bundle is available for ₱5,400, a 40% discount from its original price of ₱9,000. This bundle includes five one hour sessions with a licensed MindNation psychologist who specializes in trauma.
For those needing help with motivation and productivity, the Get Things Done Program is offered at ₱1,200, a 50% discount from ₱2,400. This package provides three one hour sessions with a trained Motivation Coach.
MindNation hopes this program raises awareness about the serious effects of stress and offers more affordable ways for people across the Philippines to pursue healing and personal development.
Cat Triviño, Co-Founder and Chief Product and Data Officer at MindNation, stated that mental health support should be easy to access, proactive, and based on understanding. She sees Stress Awareness Month as an ideal time for people to finally prioritize their well-being and make it easier to do so without facing financial challenges.
The discounted bundles can also be given as gifts, offering a meaningful way to show care. With e-coupons available and no limit on how many bundles can be purchased, Filipinos can easily support friends, family, or colleagues who might be quietly dealing with stress.
This effort is part of MindNation’s wider goal to make healing commonplace, ensure equal access to mental health care, and help communities thrive by encouraging proactive steps towards better well-being.
The “Stress Less, Save More” promotion is valid until April 30, 2025. It is open to individuals aged 18 and above. All sessions are conducted online and can be booked by sending an email to [email protected].
