MANILA, Philippines (June 2025) – Filipino gaming sensation Fyang Smith teams up with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Philippines to transform the back-to-school experience for thousands of students across the archipelago through the ALLSTAR 2025 campaign.
The collaboration brings more than just entertainment. MLBB Philippines is distributing free school supplies including backpacks, jackets, pens and notebooks to students through the ALLSTAR Caravan visiting schools and barangays from June 16 to July 16, 2025.
“At MLBB Philippines, we believe that it’s important to bring excitement and energy to campuses to remind our youth that learning can be fun and inspiring,” says Ken Ryan Lee, MLBB Game Community Manager at MOONTON Games.
The initiative spans major educational hubs across Metro Manila, CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon), and Central Luzon. MLBB partnered with Bacoor City Organization of Private Schools and various school organizations to reach students directly on their campuses.
Beyond school visits, the caravan will transform select barangays in Central Luzon into gaming festivals complete with booth activities, exhibition matches, parades, and appearances by celebrities and MLBB content creators.
The campaign centers around ALLSTAR 2025, MLBB’s biggest in-game update featuring a completely reimagined battlefield with dinosaur-mechanical themes, reworked terrain, and prehistoric challenges that promise to revolutionize mobile gaming.
“MLBB Dino Academy,” a short action film showcasing the back-to-school journey, stars Fyang alongside fellow Filipino personalities Myrtle Sarrosa and the popular love team “AshBin” (Ashtine Olviga and Rabin Angeles). The production offers glimpses of the revamped MLBB battlefield while celebrating Filipino youth culture.
Players can unlock an exclusive MLBB x Fyang “Ano Ba ‘Yan?” battle emote by logging in for five consecutive days until July 3, 2024.
“This collaboration means so much to me. It’s such an honor to work with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and to have my own emote in the app,” Fyang shared in Filipino. “When I found out I was getting my own game emote, I got so excited. I can’t wait to use it and share it with everyone.”
The partnership reflects MLBB’s commitment to Filipino gaming culture. With over 1.5 billion global installations and 110 million monthly active users, the game maintains strong roots in Southeast Asia, particularly the Philippines where mobile gaming drives digital entertainment.
“Having Fyang on board aligns with our goal, as many young Filipinos look up to her as inspiration,” said Mae Calicdan, MLBB Game Publishing Marketing Manager at MOONTON Games.
Students and gaming enthusiasts can participate in ALLSTAR 2025 activities by following MLBB on social media platforms and downloading the game through official app stores.
