MANILA, Philippines (Mar 2026) — MSI just made a strong case for ditching that aging work laptop. The all-new Prestige series has officially landed in the Philippines, and it is thinner, lighter, and more capable than its predecessors — starting at PHP 89,995.
First shown at CES 2026, the new Prestige lineup is aimed at professionals who carry their laptops everywhere and cannot afford to compromise on either performance or build quality. The series comes in two models: the Prestige 14 Flip AI+ and the Prestige 16 Flip AI+, both running on Intel’s Core Ultra 9 processor 386H and built around a full aluminum chassis that tapers down to just 11.9mm at its thinnest point.

Both models are 2-in-1 convertibles with touchscreen OLED displays and support for the MSI Nano Pen. The 14-inch model features a Full HD+ panel, while the 16-inch steps up to a 2.8K display with a 48-120Hz variable refresh rate and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification. In plain terms, that means colors are accurate, blacks are deep, and motion is smooth — qualities that matter whether you’re editing documents, presentations, or photos.
Battery life is rated at over 30 hours of 1080p video playback on select configurations, which is enough to get through a full day of meetings and a long-haul flight without hunting for an outlet. Keeping things cool and quiet is a vapor chamber cooling system paired with dual fans and MSI’s Intra Flow design, all engineered to keep noise under 30 dBA during regular use.
Connectivity and security covered
Both models ship with Intel Killer Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 for wireless connectivity. Ports include two Thunderbolt 4 slots, two USB Type-A ports, and an HDMI 2.1 output capable of driving an 8K display at 60Hz or a 4K display at 120Hz.
Security features include a fingerprint reader, IR webcam with a physical shutter, and a discrete Trusted Platform Module. A Copilot key on the keyboard ties into Windows 11’s AI assistant for quicker access to productivity tools.
