- Express Your Love with the new Oreo Red Velvet
Oreo ready to blush? For a limited time only, everyone’s favorite cookie is turning red with the new Oreo Red Velvet, the cookie #MadeWithCompliments. Launched recently at the Glorietta Activity Grounds in Makati City, the new Oreo Red Velvet cookie is a deliciously sweet way to express your love for fellow Oreo People.
Attended by singer and YouTuber Kyle Echarri, the event had a lot of cool Oreo games, as well as a styling booth. Plus, Oreo also announced that it has partnered with Lazada for the Oreo Compliment Music Box, a special music box that records music and compliments using an actual Oreo! This makes for an amazing Christmas gift for your loved ones. You can buy it on Lazada.
Oreo fanatics also got the chance to make Oreo cookies turn red by paying it a compliment through the “Compliment Machine” in exchange for a treat, the scrumptious Oreo Red Velvet cookie! This Compliment Machine is the world’s first compliment-powered treat-giver, running on all the lovely things said by Oreo people. It’s the perfect way to show much you love Oreo cookies, and get to taste how Oreo cookies taste like when they get kilig and turn red.
“We all deserve a little kilig sometimes, and we think the new Oreo Red Velvet is the perfect way to express your compliments,” said Kristine Enriquez, Brand Manager of Mondelez Philippines, maker of Oreo cookies. “It’s reminiscent of the delicious cream cheese flavor we have all come to love, blended with everyone’s favorite Oreo Cookie.”
Express your compliments with the new Oreo Red Velvet while you can, available until January 2020. The limited-edition Oreo Velvet is available in supermarkets nationwide, and retails at Php 76.50 (multipack) and Php 41.50 (slug). The Oreo Compliment machine was in Robinsons Galleria last October 12 to 13, then at the Glorietta Activity Grounds last October 16. It will be making its last stop at UP Town Center on October 19 to 20.
