It may be a few months before the holidays, but at Marriott Hotel Manila, the merriment has already started with the opening of the newly revamped Marriott Café.
The all-day dining restaurant is more spacious and inviting, with features that make it easy for diners to navigate from station to station. Complementing its impressive new look is the lavish display of food. While classic favorites are still served, the Cafe offers a bigger feast for the eyes as well as the stomach because there are more items on the menu. What’s more, Marriott Café reopens with a North Asian Showdown, a flavorful journey through the best of Korea, Japan and China.
Head to the Land of the Morning Calm for bulgogi jun, dukboki, japchae, galbi, and Korean hot pots. Voyage to the Land of the Rising Sun for fresh sushi, sukiyaki, and katsu; and discover roast meats, steamed fish, and a myriad of Chinese dimsum specialties from the Middle Kingdom.
Celebrate with beverages that celebrate the diversity of North Asia. Have bubble teas made to your specification. Indulge in the sake bar, try the soju cocktails, and sample the Asian beer bar and the selection of wines specifically chosen to match Asian food. Join our month-long fete of rich oriental culture translated into sumptuous cuisines.
Marriott Café’s North Asian Food Festival runs from September 17 to October 15, 2015, with Monday-Saturday Lunch Buffet at P1900 nett and the Sunday-Thursday Dinner Buffet at P2100 nett.

Festivities will never be complete without cheers. Top liquors from Japan and Korea go head to head in our bar menu. We also added our signature flare to create innovative cocktails. Enjoy Sapporo Beer, chilled Japanese sakes Namachozo and Nigori, and soju and sake cocktails like Geisha Girl Apple Martini, Samurai Margaria, Seoul Sling, and the Gangnam Cooler.

Cru Steakhouse features guest Chef Suh, Dong Jin and Chinese Executive Chef Law Wing Wui Executive Chinese Chef Law and Sous Chef Adrian joins forces with guest Chef Suh to bring you Cru’s Prime Steak and Wine Event, a 5-course dinner with Korean, Japanese, and Chinese influences paired with Single Malt Japanese Whisky and four premium wines from Beringer Vineyards.
