QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Jul 05)–NVIDIA is bringing its latest graphics technology to the Philippines with the formal introduction of its GeForce RTX 50 Series laptops and desktops, launching a back-to-school promotion with special pricing for students and professionals.
The company showcased the full lineup locally for the first time at an event in Quezon City, positioning the new devices as versatile tools for school, creative work, and gaming. The promotion features a range of products from partners including PC EXPRESS, PCWORX, SILICON VALLEY, and VILLMAN COMPUTERS.
According to a press release obtained by our editors, the new GeForce RTX 50 Series is built on NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture, designed to handle demanding applications in engineering, data science, and content creation. The technology aims to accelerate study-related tasks, improve gaming performance, and streamline creative workflows using artificial intelligence.
Key features highlighted include real-time 3D rendering, faster simulations, and AI-enhanced tools. For gamers, the series promises more realistic graphics through ray tracing and higher frame rates with DLSS 4 technology. NVIDIA shared internal benchmarks indicating significant performance gains, claiming tasks can be up to 45 times faster for fine-tuning local language models, 15 times faster in modern games, and 10 times faster for AI-powered image generation compared to using a CPU alone.

At SILICON VALLEY, the Lenovo LOQ 15 laptop with an RTX 4060 is listed at P78,995. The Asus ROG Strix SCAR G16 with an RTX 5080 is priced at P259,995.
VILLMAN COMPUTERS has the MSI Gaming Thin 15 laptop with an RTX 4050 for P48,995 (or P45,995 cash) and the powerful MSI Gaming Raider A18 HX laptop with an RTX 5090 for P336,995. Many offers include installment plans and free peripherals.
