MANILA, Philippines – OPPO is reporting that they managed to sell 37,687 units of OPPO F7 on the first day of sale, breaking the company’s previous record of 33,000 units for predecessor OPPO F5 last October 2017.
Long lines nationwide awaited customers – those who pre-ordered the OPPO F7 enjoyed freebies like the Olike Magic Music Lamp luminous speakers.
“We are happy with the turnout of the OPPO F7’s first week. This new record is a sign of our growth in the market and a challenge to push ourselves to give the best experience to our customers,” said Jane Wan, OPPO Philippines’ Brand Marketing Director.
OPPO F7 is the world’s first 25MP front facing camera on a smartphone with the latest Sony IMX576 sensor. It boasts an improved A.I. Beauty Technology 2.0 that analyzes the face in more than 296 recognition spots and beautifies it in 3 individual zones.
Aside from selfies, the OPPO F7 bings a 6.23” FHD+ Super Full Screen display, 12nm Octa-Core processor with 2 dedicated AI cores, and a 3400mAh battery with A.I. management.
The entry-level 64GB model is priced at P17,990 while the 128GB model is priced at P21,990
