We got a hold of the version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which are more than enough for sending and receiving emails, engaging with friends via social media and even playing games.
Beautiful clamshell form factor
What we loved about the OPPO Find N2 Flip is that, sure, it’s a foldable smartphone. But it actually folds into such a compact shape that measures just 3.3 inches by 3 inches–nearly a square! Folded completely, it’s just a little over half an inch thick, making it easy to slip into your jeans pocket or handbag.
The one we got features a subtle textured finish, making it easy to grip. It has a shiny spine that bears the OPPO logo. When opened, the OPPO Find N2 Flip expands to around 6.8 inches long and barely 1/4 of an inch thick. The well-made case and hinge are sturdy enough for about 400,000 folds, according to OPPO.
Once folded, the phone’s 3.26-inch outer display lights up to show the time and date. Swipe up to display the notifications as well as the messages, swipe left to cycle through the camera options, the local weather and your calendar for the day.
We just love that you can reply with an emoji or a preset response to messages via the outer display! The OPPO Find N2 Flip can also be folded in a 90-degree angle, allowing you to watch videos. hands-free.
Stunning shots
The OPPO Find N2 Flip features a dual-camera system on the back, with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor. The main sensor takes stunning photos in good lighting conditions, with plenty of detail and accurate colors. The ultra-wide sensor is great for capturing wide-angle shots, and it also works well in low-light conditions.
There is also a 32-megapixel front-facing camera, which is great for taking selfies or video chatting. It has good detail and low noise, even in low-light conditions.

Because the main cameras are located beside the rear cover, this gives its users the advantage of seeing the shots that they are taking.

Decent battery life
With a 4,300mAh battery capacity, the OPPO Find N2 Flip can last all day on a single charge, even with heavy usage (multiple calls, YouTube watching and web browsing involved). The device features fast charging capabilities allowing you to quickly top up the battery when you’re running low. It can take about an hour of plugged charging to fully charge this flip phone.
Do note that the phone can be plugged via its USB-C port. This port serves a dual purpose of connecting wired earbuds, but it’s important to note that a 3.5mm jack is not available, so you’ll need the appropriate adapter. Additionally, you have the option to connect any headphones wirelessly through Bluetooth.

The OPPO Find N2 Flip is a reliable smartphone that offers a great overall performance. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 Plus chipset, which is one of the most powerful mobile chipsets on the market. The Find N2 Flip also has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which is more than enough for most users.
From our benchmarks, the phone scored 628k points in AnTuTu, 12.5k points in PassMark, and 11.7k points in PCMark.
Scores like that places the OPPO Find N2 Flip well in the upper mid-range bracket for 2023 in all areas including computing, storage, memory, and 2D/3D graphics performance.
The Find N2 Flip’s performance is further enhanced by its 120Hz refresh rate display. This means that the screen refreshes 120 times per second, which results in smoother and more fluid animations. This is especially noticeable when scrolling through web pages or playing games.
However, there is no microSD slot in the phone and it’s not water resistant, so you might want to keep this phone away from the swimming pool.
