PHILIPPINES – Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar just opened its newly-relocated store at the Venice Grand Canal Mall in McKinley Hill, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Known for their charcoal-grilled chicken, BBQ back ribs, and a wide selection of sauces, the homegrown restaurant is the brainchild of innovator and visionary Bryan Tiu.
After bringing a wide range of cuisines from all over the world, Tiu established Peri-Peri by blending the vibrant taste of South American grilled chicken into the local flavor.
According to Tiu, 2018 has been tremendous year for the brand as more branches of Peri-Peri will be opening soon.
“Right now, we are 23 and growing. We have grown so much as a brand, and we will only keep growing in the coming years,” said Tiu.
He added, saying “our success story is a strong testament to the trust and love the public has for Peri-Peri.”
Since opening its doors in 2005, the restaurant has enjoyed consistent growth, landing a place in the Filipino palate by serving Charcoal Grilled Chicken, BBQ Back Ribs, and unique, character-filled sauces.
Adding to the festivity of the opening is the presence of the brand’s endorser, Enchong Dee.
Enchong’s love for the brand truly runs deep as the actor is also a Peri-Peri Happy Franchisee. He currently holds the franchise for UP Town Center, Market Market, and SM Megamall branches.
As the server of the day, the actor is more than happy to share the awesome exPERIence to more and more people.
“Peri-Peri is such an easy place to get lost in. There’s the satisfaction of eating great-tasting food, the upbeat energy that grabs you the moment you step inside, and the passionate colours that entice you – these things create such a distinct atmosphere,” he said.
“I hope that in the coming years, we will continue to grow and excite more tastebuds, the way only Peri-Peri can,” Enchong added.
