MANILA, Philippines (Jun 2025) – Filipino smartphone users seeking long-lasting battery life without breaking the bank now have a new option with realme’s latest budget device launching this week.
The realme C71 hits Philippine stores with a massive 6,300mAh battery that the company claims can power the device for up to two days on just one hour of charging. Starting at P3,999 through realme’s TikTok Shop from June 19-24, the entry-level smartphone targets cost-conscious Filipino consumers who prioritize battery endurance.
“Frequent charging is a thing of the past,” according to a press release obtained by our editors. The device supports 45W fast charging, reaching 50% battery capacity in approximately 37 minutes.
Early buyers can secure additional savings of P500 when purchasing from offline partner stores nationwide from June 27 to July 6. This brings the 4GB+64GB model down to P4,999 from its regular P5,499 price, while the 6GB+128GB variant drops to P5,999 from P6,499.
Beyond battery life, the C71 features a 50MP rear camera with AI enhancement tools including AI Eraser for removing unwanted objects and AI Clear Face for sharpening facial features in photos. The camera aims to deliver quality results despite the phone’s budget positioning.
Durability remains a key selling point for Filipino users. The device includes military-grade shock resistance, daily water resistance, and a SonicWave Water Ejection system that uses sound vibrations to clear moisture from speakers. These features address common concerns about accidental drops and exposure to rain or spills.
The phone measures 7.79mm thin and weighs 196g despite housing the large battery. Two color options are available: Forest Owl and White Swan. A customizable pulse light on the back provides six colors and two lighting effects for notifications.
Regular retail pricing starts at P5,499 for the base model and P6,499 for the higher storage variant.
