RMC S9 Finals to Feature APBREN, Uncle Drew Gamerpact, Veenus, Wise

MANILA, Philippines (Jun. 03, 2025) – Excitement is building for the realme Mobile Legends Cup (RMC) Season 9 Grand Finals, where Filipino esports talents APBREN and Uncle Drew Gamerpact will battle for the championship title. The highly anticipated showdown is set for June 7 at SM North EDSA The Annex.

Fans of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) are in for a treat as these two top-tier squads compete for pride, glory, and a substantial prize pool valued at P1.6 million. After weeks of intense competition, APBREN and Uncle Drew Gamerpact have emerged as the finalists, ready to showcase their skill, teamwork, and dedication. This final match offers them a chance to etch their names in RMC history.

Both teams are deep in preparation. “We’re strengthening our hero pool. Flexibility and adaptability are our main focus heading into the Grand Finals,” APBREN stated, according to a press release obtained by our editors. Uncle Drew Gamerpact shared a similar focus: “Our main priority is to broaden our hero pool and polish our chemistry and communication as a team.” They also expressed their enthusiasm about facing APBREN, a well-known team in the MLBB professional scene. “This is a rare opportunity for us to compete against an MPL team so we’re very excited,” Uncle Drew Gamerpact added.

For APBREN, reaching the RMC Season 9 Grand Finals signifies a journey of growth. “Since we failed to enter the MPL PH S15 Playoffs, it feels surreal to be playing in the Grand Finals of RMC S9. This journey has been about growth and redemption, and now we’re here with a chance to regain our confidence and prove ourselves,” the team commented.

This season’s grand finals boasts over P1 million in cash and P600,000 worth of products. The Grand Champion will secure P600,000 in cash and five new realme GT 7 Series smartphones. The first runner-up will receive P250,000 and five realme 14 Pro+ 5G devices.

The event will also feature a special showmatch between esports icons Veenus and Wise. Live performances by rapper SUPAFLY and rising pop group KAIA are set to energize the crowd.

Filipino esports enthusiasts are encouraged to witness the action live. Mark your calendars for June 7, starting 1:00 PM, at SM North EDSA The Annex. For further updates on the realme Mobile Legends Cup, visit realme’s official website and follow its Facebook page.
