This is how a tech brand brought Christmas cheer to Pinoy kids

PHILIPPINES – realme Philippines concluded the second phase of its #realmeWithYou Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative in collaboration with Nissan Philippines, focusing on supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation Philippines.

The culmination of this two-part CSR roadshow began on December 2 with the Cancer Warriors Foundation in Cavite. In this latest phase, realme engaged with the Make-A-Wish Foundation Philippines, offering special activities and fulfilling holiday wishes for the children involved.

As part of the initiative, realme orchestrated an engaging day for the children by hosting them at Art In Island, allowing them to immerse themselves in interactive art experiences alongside their guardians. During the event, realme discreetly gathered the children’s wishes for either a smartphone or tablet for Christmas and surprised them with these gifts, termed as ‘Yellow Surprises.’

Beyond granting wishes, realme also extended its support by donating brand new tablets for the volunteers of the Make-A-Wish Foundation Philippines, and additional devices for more children beneficiaries to receive as Christmas gifts.

To enhance the experience, realme partnered with Nissan Philippines, providing transportation for the children and members of the foundation to Art In Island and the lunch venue. Notably, the collaboration showcased the capabilities of the all-electric Nissan LEAF, demonstrating its vehicle-to-everything (V2X) technology by powering a freezer for ice cream provided to the children.

The #realmeWithYou campaign aims to build lasting relationships and create meaningful memories within the community, using ‘Yellow Surprises’ as a central theme for each activity.
