MANILA, Philippines (Jul 2025) – Some of the biggest names in Filipino music are set to share one stage for Acer Day 2025, a massive youth and technology concert happening this August.
Acer Philippines is bringing together its powerhouse ambassadors SB19, Sarah Geronimo, and G22 for a musical show on August 9 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. They will be joined by iconic bands Itchyworms and KMKZ, along with rising artist Maki. Fans can expect electrifying performances, unprecedented collaborations between artists, and songs they will hear for the first time.
The event, now on its ninth year, is themed “Break A Limit,” focusing on overcoming obstacles and pushing boundaries. “This year’s Acer Day celebration brings to the fore Acer’s mission of breaking down barriers between people and technology,” said Sue Ong-Lim, Managing Director at Acer Philippines, in a press release obtained by our editors. “We believe that to ‘Break A Limit,’ you need to surpass your personal best.”
The concert will also serve as the first public appearance for Acerpure’s newest ambassadors. The group is composed of the PBB Celebrity Collab housemates, including Klarisse De Guzman, Mika Salamanca, Shuvee Etrata, Esnyr Ranollo, Will Ashley, Brent Manalo, Ralph De Leon, and Charlie Fleming.
Princess Laosantos, Senior Marketing Manager for Acer Philippines, noted the significance of the annual event. “Every Acer Day celebration is special, and this year, we welcome new members to the Acer family,” she said. Laosantos added that the concert celebrates a future where limits are seen as opportunities for growth.
