PHILIPPINES – Sony today released an update which added macOS support for the ‘Imaging Edge Webcam’ desktop application.
Previously only made available to Windows users, the update now allows both allows Mac and Windows users to easily transform their Sony digital camera into a high-quality webcam by simply connecting it to a PC via USB , free of cost.
Compatible operating systems are OS Windows 10 (64 bit) and macOS 10.13-10.15.
Sony also updated the Windows version of ‘Imaging Edge Webcam’ to version 1.1.
