So I order Plain Bagnet the best seller in restau with Kamatis Talbos ng Kamote Bagoong side dish. Perfect mix combination with Boneless Bagoong sauce and Sukang Ilocos cane vinegar.
And it taste deliciously good crunchy pork belly bagnet astig meal! The pork belly bagnet aroma smells good taste even better. A good pair with rice or beer. So I order more for take out..But this time the Longa Meal and Spicy flavor Bagnet with (KBL) Kamatis Bagoong Lasuna side dish.

Now they have 5 branches in Manila and Cavite. Because of appetite and cravings in Ilocano food. Galen from Bacarra, Ilocos invite Jay to spend vacation in hometown.
When Galen’s mom cooked to them adobo, dinengdeng, igado and pinakbet from fresh meats and vegetables. Jay was introduced to bagoong with talbos ng kamote, lasuna and kamatis, empanada, longanisa, iloko atbp. The most unforgettable was bagnet so Jay was hooked. He was frustrated to find Ilocano fine cuisine back in Manila.
And then suggested to Galen to open up an Ilocano restau, So they agree with the business concept to materialized then “Stoops Bagnet Ilocos” were born in 2008. Stoops means buddy of best friend. The corp will manage all future franchise and expansion of the brand.
