PASAY, Philippines (Jun 2025) – Thousands gathered at SM Mall of Asia last weekend as TCL transformed technology into celebration during its second TechMania: CoolFest event. The June 28 spectacle merged live music, Filipino talent, and smart home innovations, spotlighting how modern appliances reshape daily living.
Co-presented by SM Appliance Center, the festival featured Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo who shared her personal TCL experiences with fans. “I’m proud to represent a brand that connects with Filipinos through both innovation and community,” Bernardo told the crowd during interactive games where lucky attendees won prizes.
TCL Philippines executives unveiled new product lines during the event, including Deputy Sales Director Cyd Montebon marking the brand’s 25th Philippine anniversary. “This celebrates our commitment to smarter, healthier Filipino homes,” Montebon announced before showcasing energy-efficient refrigerators, QD-Mini LED TVs, and FreshIN 3.0 air conditioners.
The Smart Living Zone became a hands-on playground where visitors tested:

Filipino creators Charuth and Jomari Angeles demonstrated how these appliances simplify daily routines while indie band Lola Amour capped the night with hits like “Raining in Manila.” Attendees joined “Spin the Wheel” games to win merchandise throughout the event.
