MANILA, Philippines – Alex Gonzaga’s character in ABS-CBN’s top-rating primetime drama series “Pure Love” gets a “No touch! No kiss!” warning from Scheduler (portrayed by Matt Evans), especially now that she and Dave (Joseph Marco) have a silent understanding about their romantic feelings for each other.
Scheduler’s new rule arose from the fact that Dave now knows that the only girl he loves, Diane (Alex), is just inhabiting the body of Ysabel (Yen Santos). He wants Diane to realize that he knows her secret, and that she should still respect the body she is inhabiting.
How can Diane and Dave take their special friendship to the next level if they cannot express their feelings to each other? With a newfound love, will Diane become more hopeful that she’ll capture her second pure love tear, which she needs to live again?
A local adaptation of the well-loved 2011 Korean TV series “Pure Love,” it highlights the value of true love and the strong ties that bind a Filipino family.
