Discover what it’s like to be for a purpose and for the people in the 20th anniversary of the UP Broadcasters’ Guild!

As the organization prevails on being the first and only socio-civic organization in the College of Mass Communication, University of the Philippines – Diliman as well as advocating for media education and community development, the UP Broadcasters’ Guild is ever more ready to face on challenges head-on in its 20th year with the theme TUKLAS! and further give back to the UP community.

Celebrate with us during the following events!

  • Kick off our week-long anniversary celebration with us at our Exhibit Launch and Grand Pakain on January 30 at the FOI Garden at the College of Mass Communication (CMC) as we introduce to you the organization and host an all-out food treat to the college community.
  • Don’t forget to grab a scoop of ice cream as well because January 30 is also Ice Cream Day!
  • See science and communication come together to save our ecosystems in Media Revolution: ChiKALIKASAN! Catch this live talk show on January 31 at the CMC TV Studio.
  • As we bring the celebration to a close, take a risk with us in Destino: Taya Tayo, a pre-Valentine concert on February 1 at Dap-ay at the College of Mass Communication, featuring Shirebound and Busking, Stef Aranas, Dane Hipolito, Amara, and Serge Gabriel (among other artists!) onstage.
  • Bringing together two decades of alumni and members of the UP Broadcasters’ Guild this February 2, the Alumni Homecoming Night is about rekindling old connections and exchanging stories of the now.
