In response to 10,000 fans, DQ has given in to the clamor for this favorite chocolate spread to be the next featured ice cream flavor. DQ lovers are not only getting one but two types of Nutella flavors for our all time favorite Blizzard.I was a witness among a group of invited bloggers (many thanks to Mr. Paulo Oquendo of Marketing Dept.) at Robinson’s Galleria mall branch when DQ recently introduced to us its #NutellaBrownies and #NutellaCheesecake variants. These two bestseller flavors are now featured as the Blizzard of the Month. Now isn’t that sweet? Present during this yummy event were a couple of beauty queens: 2016 Bb. Pilipinas Supranational Joanna Eden and 2016 Bb. Pilipinas Grand International Nicole Cordoves. Both gamely posed and did selfies with us bloggers plus DQ customers and mall shoppers. Later on, Mr. Blizzard, the mascot also appeared to everybody’s delight and more photo ops with him came pouring in!
The two new flavors are available in four sizes: mini, small, regular and large, with affordable prices ranging from P59 to P119 – some of which are limited edition blizzard cups.In observance of Father’s Day weekend, DQ has also come out with a cool #IDad♥ ice cream cake at only P749. We all gushed upon seeing this exciting cake fit for all great fathers out there as a yummy gift!Dairy Queen is also celebrating its 10th year in the Philippines with a series of activities that includes monthly charity activities with the Binibining Pilipinas beauty queens. These women all love eating ice cream but at the same time maintain fit and healthy figures. Everything is taken in moderation I was informed. Which should always be the case.
