Ortigas District’s two prominent hospitality landmarks, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Manila Galleria have appointed Roberta “Bobbie” Frondoza as its new Director of Sales.
Bobbie, as she is fondly called, began her career as Guest Services Specialist under Front Office Department at Traders Hotel Manila. After a few years, she then explored and transferred to Sales as a Sales Executive. Bobbie also had her
experience at Hotel Pontefino Batangas as Senior Sales Manager.
She started joining IHG as Sales Business Development Manager at Holiday Inn Clark where she handled meetings and social functions and had an active collaboration with the marketing team. She then became part of Intercontinental Manila for seven (7) years starting as Sales Manager and later promoted to Director of Sales.
Before joining Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Manila Galleria, Bobbie was with The City Garden Grand Hotel and The Picasso Serviced Residences as Director of Sales and Marketing.
Now, as the new Director of Sales, her goal is to drive productivity and results through specialized key account management, resulting to stronger brand and customer loyalty.
