MANILA, Philippines (Mar 2026) — Summer light hits differently, and the vivo V70 is built to make the most of it.
vivo is spotlighting the V70’s ZEISS Multifocal Portrait mode as the go-to camera feature for the season, giving Pinoys access to five focal lengths typically found only in professional camera setups — all packed into a single smartphone.
Five lenses, one phone
The standout additions are the 85mm and 100mm focal lengths, both inspired by classic ZEISS optics.
The 85mm, modeled after the ZEISS Sonnar lens, leans into warm and cold color contrasts with a blue-yellow cinematic film style — ideal for beach portraits and golden hour shots where mood matters as much as sharpness.
The 100mm, based on the ZEISS Planar, goes softer and more desaturated, delivering what vivo describes as a “dreamy platinum tone.” It’s designed for close-up, detail-driven shots — the kind that make a quiet sunset selfie look like it came out of a film production.
Rounding out the lineup are 23mm for wide environmental portraits, 35mm for street-style and lifestyle storytelling, and the classic 50mm for balanced, everyday shots.
What the ZEISS Style Bokeh does
Each focal length comes with ZEISS Style Bokeh effects, which simulate the background blur characteristics of real optical lenses. The goal is to give portraits that layered, cinematic depth that’s usually hard to pull off on a phone camera without heavy post-processing.
